It has been two weeks since the Boers fired a scud missle into CapeTown armed with a highly toxic strain of Pneumonic plague, there have been 2000 deaths in Capetown and the surrounding areas with many more people sick, the hospitals are overflowing here.
On the front lines there is a stalemate, Commonwealth airpower has managed to gain the upper hand and Tornados from 617 squadron, "The Dambusters" managed to take out what commandos could not, the Boer's scud sites and WMD storage facility. Other Commonwealth attacks have finally destroyed the Boer's aircraft assets, however resupply from Boer sympathizers have given the Boers deadly anti-air assets that have kept the Commonwealth's airpower from being very effective over the front lines. The Boers are starting to suffer problems with supply in their rear areas however.
While being condemned by the U.N. there are talks in Washington today of bringing an end to this war and possibly partitioning the country allowing the Boers a state of their own, The Boers realize that time is on their side and have begun to dig in.
Commonwealth forces are poised for an offensive designed to break thru the Boer lines and force an end to the conflict before the U.N. can intervene!!
What Price Glory! The final battle in the 2nd Boer War.
Armour for the Boers may be limited, limited airstrikes may be available for commonwealth and will be based upon objectives held or taken during the battle.
this is the big one!!!! Decide South Africa's future
